On November 11, 2024, Aigre organized a youth forum themed "Youth Building Dreams, Painting the Future" in the third-floor conference room. The forum was hosted by Wang Zhenzhen, the assistant to the president, with the participation of company executives, young employees, and representatives of key staff.

At the beginning of the forum, Chairman Che Wei and General Manager Lv Qibing elaborated on the company's operating status and future development plans. Other young employees attending the forum raised questions and suggestions regarding company development, career planning, work-life balance, and other aspects, which were thoroughly addressed by the relevant department heads. An anonymous suggestion-writing session was also included in the forum to allow young employees to express their thoughts more freely.
